Payments can be made by check, Visa or MasterCard. Payment plans may be available in certain cases, upon request.

Waitlist: You must register and pay for a spot on the waitlist. If you do not get into the session or you would like to be removed from the waitlist, you will receive a full refund and no administrative fee will be charged.
Scholarships/Financial Aid: There are a limited number of scholarships and financial aid funds available for most sessions. Scholarship/financial aid applications and monies approved must be finalized before student registration with Rock Camp. The following organizations will be providing funds as follows:
City of Burlington, Department of Parks & Recreation (for the Memorial Auditorium sessions): There are funds available for Burlington VT residents only. You can get the scholarship form here and/or call Burlington Parks & Rec at 802-864-0123 for more info. Cancellation/Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated, a full refund will be available only until one week prior to the first day of each session. A $25 administrative fee will be charged for processing the refund. If a session is cancelled or a student remains wait-listed, a full refund will be issued and no administrative fee will be charged.
