CHRISTOPHER HORNER Christopher Horner has played bass and guitar in rock bands of various sorts for the better part of three decades. After getting his feet wet in college bands in the early 80's, he played in bands in the Washington DC and Philadelphia areas. He spent three years with Go to Blazes in the late 80's, then went to the University of the Arts to study classical double bass and music education in 1990. In the 90's he played in Philly bands like The Low Road, Skip Heller and the Thin Men, the Big Mess Orchestra, and Ashtray. He's been teaching music theory, guitar, jazz band, and orchestra at Germantown Academy near Philadelphia since 1994. Currently, in addition to his work with jazz, orchestral and bluegrass groups, he plays bass with The Tell Alls.
